WE ARE HIRING – STORE SUPPORT MANAGER

Location: Sri Petaling & Taman Danau Desa

Job Responsibilities:

Support and manage the daily operations of two outlets.

Supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower.

Monitor cleanliness, food quality, and outlet standards.

Train and guide staff to improve performance and service quality.

Handle customer complaints and operational issues.

Ensure sales targets and operational goals are achieved.

Requirements:

Experience in F&B, retail, or outlet management is preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Able to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Willing to travel between both outlets as needed.

Responsible, proactive, and committed to the job.

Own transportation is an advantage.
