EUM Realty Sdn Bhd is a leading real estate agency in Malaysia & is looking for enthusiastic and creative interns who want real hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and social media growth within the exciting world of real estate.

This is not the type of internship where you'll spend months making photocopies or filing documents.

You'll be involved in actual marketing campaigns, property content creation, social media management, and branding projects that will help you build a strong portfolio for your future career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Design marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools
• Brainstorm content ideas and trending topics
• Attend property site visits to capture content and understand the industry
• Assist in growing and managing our social media presence
• Monitor social media performance and engagement
• Work closely with our marketing and sales team on branding initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields
• Passionate about social media and content creation
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other content creation software
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable appearing in videos occasionally (not required all the time)
• Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience managing your own social media page
• Video editing skills
• Photography and/ or videography skills
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or social media analytics
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content
