Full Time Fire Protection System Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Ultrack Technology (Trackerhero) Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Fire Protection System Technician to perform inspection, testing, servicing and preventive maintenance for fire protection and fire fighting systems at customer sites.

The candidate must be able to carry out maintenance works, troubleshoot basic system faults and ensure all fire safety systems are functioning properly according to safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Fire Alarm System

• Perform inspection and testing of fire alarm control panels
• Test smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points and alarm bells
• Check battery voltage, panel fault indication and zone status
• Troubleshoot basic fire alarm faults and wiring issues
• Ensure all fire alarm devices are functioning properly

Fire Fighting System

• Inspect and service hose reel systems
• Check hydrant system, landing valves and fire hose condition
• Perform sprinkler system inspection and testing
• Assist in fire pump testing and maintenance
• Check valves, pressure gauges and water flow condition

Fire Extinguisher

• Inspect fire extinguishers condition and pressure
• Ensure extinguisher tags and servicing validity are updated
• Assist in servicing and replacement works

Emergency System

• Inspect emergency lights and exit signage
• Ensure emergency systems are operational during power failure simulation

Site Work & Reporting

• Attend preventive maintenance (PM) service at customer sites
• Prepare simple service reports and checklist
• Report faults, breakdowns or replacement requirements
• Follow safety procedures during servicing work
• Support ad-hoc technical work assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / SKM / Technical Certificate / Diploma
• Experience in fire alarm or fire fighting system maintenance is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge in electrical wiring and troubleshooting
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
