Job Responsibilities:
Attending to incoming calls, typing and sorting of mails
Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records
Distribution of emails, mails and correspondences
Organise office activities
Document controlling of site records inspections and reports
Assist the Project Manager/Project Coordinator in administrating documents, purchase orders and contracts at the site office
Arrange for supplies to be delivered in a timely manner either to store or on site where required
Update manpower movement constantly
Assist project team in liaising with HR for related matters.
Handle with site stationeries ordering.
Job Requirements:
Job applicants must at least possess an SPM Level certificate
Working experience in a related field would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
