Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Executive / Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties and office documentation
  • Data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Prepare reports, letters, and basic documents
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Support management and team in daily operations
  • Handle basic HR/admin tasks when needed
  • Attend client meetings when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma (preferred)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Must possess a valid car driving license (D)
  • Able to travel for client meetings when required
  • Responsible, punctual, and well-organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company
