We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join the team in Singapore. This role will involve managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure Walkers position as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities

Client Contact and Support:

  • Serve as a primary contact alongside the relationship partner for the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on administrative matters such as annual filings, returns, and client portal access.

Client-Centric Approach:

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients needs to communicate the value of Walkers services effectively.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their priorities are consistently met and exceeded.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Oversee adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements for client portfolios.
  • Ensure timely completion and approval of KYC and CDD processes, assisting with periodic compliance reviews.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and external intermediaries.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Walkers services, adding value to the client experience.

Marketing and Engagement:

  • Proactively engage with clients through meetings, calls, and events to promote Walkers service offerings.
  • Distribute marketing materials and represent the firm at relevant client engagements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and high-quality service.
  • Partner with Walkers marketing team on seasonal engagement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in professional services, client relationship management, or business development.
  • General knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and operate on their own initiative.
  • Analytical approach; comfortable with processes; and able to work at a fast-pace either independently or with the broader team.
  • Highly trustworthy with the ability to operate in strictest confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
