This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya for an Information Technology Engineer. The IT Engineer will handle diverse responsibilities including troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintaining networking systems, and implementing network security measures. The role also involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems to ensure smooth technical operations across the organization.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
• Strong foundation in Information Technology and Technical Support functions.
• Experience with Networking and Network Security principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the mental health services sector is an advantage.
