Salary Range
RM1,800 – RM3,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports the daily administrative and office operations of the company. This role is suitable for individuals who are organized, willing to learn, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Organize, file, and update company documents.
Prepare simple letters, forms, and reports as requested.
Photocopy, scan, print, and manage documents.

Communication & Coordination
Answer phone calls and respond to basic enquiries.
Assist in coordinating appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Follow up on tasks and communicate updates to relevant team members.

Office Support
Monitor and replenish office supplies when needed.
Assist with receiving and distributing documents and parcels.
Support day-to-day office operations and administration.

Record Keeping
Maintain employee, customer, and supplier records.
Ensure documents are properly filed and easy to retrieve.
Keep records updated and organized.

General Assistance
Assist management and team members with administrative tasks.
Support company events, meetings, and training sessions when required.
Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good attendance and punctuality.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
