We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Boutique Advisor cum Live Host to join our new Bokitta Boutique in Putrajaya. This role combines retail sales excellence with engaging live-stream hosting to create an exceptional shopping experience both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

Boutique Advisor

• Welcome and assist customers with professional and friendly service.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable Bokitta products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Handle cashier duties, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and product knowledge.

Live Host

• Host engaging live sessions on TikTok platform.
• Demonstrate Bokitta products confidently and explain features, styling, and benefits.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases during live sessions.
• Create a fun, energetic, and professional online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live content and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating short-form video content for social media when required.

Requirements

• Positive personality with excellent communication skills.
• Confident speaking in front of a camera and live audience.
• Passionate about fashion, hijab styling, and customer service.
• Sales-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Active on social media and familiar with TikTok Live is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible retail hours.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or live hosting is preferred.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
