Job Description
- Collaborate closely with researchers to implement and optimize trading strategies for live execution.
- Design and maintain low-latency, high-performance execution algorithms and systems.
- Build research tools and backtesting infrastructure to support rapid strategy iteration and deployment.
- Lead or contribute to complex system architecture and performance tuning for high-throughput environments.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve live strategies in production.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between research, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in a high-frequency trading or quant fund, with deep understanding of execution systems.
- Strong C++ programming skills with experience in multithreading, networking, and performance optimization.
- Proven track record working with researchers or QDs to bring strategies from idea to production.
- Hands-on experience with order lifecycle, market connectivity, and end-to-end execution flow.
- Capable of leading projects and mentoring within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in strategy rollout, monitoring, and live trading analytics is a strong plus.
