Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a XHS Marketing/Business Development Intern, located in Singapore with the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies, social media posting, supporting business development initiatives, and engaging with customers to enhance their experience. The intern will also play a role in promoting the organization via the XHS platform and other outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with client.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and identify trends or opportunities.
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategy on xiaohongshu and proficiency in social media marketing.
• Experience or interest in Sales and business development activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work equally well independently.
• Proficiency in using social media, primarily xiaohongshu, for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Currently pursuing or completed a diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
