As our Senior Executive / Assistant Manager — Digital, Marketing & Communication, you’ll bring our brand to life across digital, social, PR, and on‑ground activations.
From launching scroll‑stopping content to hosting influencers and creating unforgettable events — you’ll be at the heart of it all.
What You’ll Be Doing
Digital & Campaign Execution
- Execute always‑on and campaign‑based digital marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Optimise website, brand pages, and OTA listings to maximise visibility and bookings
- Track performance and fine‑tune campaigns to improve results
- Support CRM and email campaigns with targeted guest engagement
Social Media & Content Creation
- Own day‑to‑day social media (posting, captions, community engagement)
- Create bold, fun, and culturally relevant content (photo, video, Reels/TikTok)
- Stay ahead of trends and keep Mama’s voice fresh, playful, and distinctive
- Plan and execute photoshoots and content creation sessions
PR, Influencers & Buzz Creation
- Support media relations, press releases, and PR activities
- Host influencers, media, and collaborators — create memorable experiences
- Help execute PR events, launches, and brand activations
- Track media coverage and social buzz
Events & Brand Activation
- Bring Mama’s spaces to life through events, parties, and collaborations
- Work closely with F&B, Rooms, and Events teams to drive revenue
- Capture and amplify content during events in real time
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with agencies (creative, digital, PR) to deliver campaigns
- Support marketing budget tracking and reporting
- Ensure all work aligns with Mama Shelter’s global brand standards

Requirements:
- Has 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, PR, or communications
- Is creative, hands‑on, and full of ideas
- Loves content creation (bonus if you’re comfortable shooting/editing videos)
- Understands social trends, influencers, and digital culture
- Is organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or entertainment is a big plus
