Job Summary

Our client seeks a candidate to lead daily operations of retail and office assets, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in property management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily facilities management by directing a team of technicians and optimizing maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage tenant engagement lifecycle including coordinating fit-outs, handovers, and fostering strong tenant relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction
  • Drive asset enhancement initiatives and upgrades to increase property value and appeal over the long term
  • Act as primary liaison with authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Refine and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and vendor performance
  • Oversee critical administrative functions including contract management and procurement to support smooth property operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or property management within Commercial or Retail environments
  • Expert knowledge of building M&E systems and maintenance protocols, specifically in Commercial Offices or Retail settings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in standard office software and experience with building management systems
