Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Obtain at least a credit in Bahasa Malaysia Language and English including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Government
Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
Possess a Professional Secretarial certification will be an added advantage
Possess at least five (5) years of relevant working experience in administrative or secretarial roles
Responsibilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and correspondence
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
