Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Pass in Bahasa Malaysia, including the oral test, at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in a relevant field from a local or overseas higher learning institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia (Master’s or PhD is an added advantage).
Professional certification in Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 - 7 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, or business transformation.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing Balanced Scorecards at the organisational or departmental level, including the ability to design, implement, and monitor effective KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
1.Strategic Planning & Scorecard Management
Coordinate preparation of the 3-year Strategic Plan for the Department (TM).
Develop Department Scorecards, KPIs, and Department Plan.
Coordinate preparation and monitoring of Department Scorecards and action plans.
Drive initiatives and actions to achieve KPI targets.
Prepare quarterly “Janji Kami” performance reports.
2.Reporting & Meetings Coordination
Coordinate KPI achievement presentation meetings for the Department, Department Scorecard, and “Janji Kami”.
Coordinate status update discussions for projects, initiatives, and programmes within the Department.
Coordinate preparation, consolidation, and verification of staff performance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3.Liaison & Advisory Role
Serve as the main point of reference and intermediary between departmental Liaison Officers (LOs) and the Operations Division Support.
4.Risk Management
Coordinate and drive implementation of Operational Risk Management (ORM) within the Department, aligned with the Risk Scorecard, ensuring risks are effectively identified, assessed, and monitored through a structured approach.
Monitor and coordinate implementation of the Department Business Continuity Plan or Business Continuity Management (BCP/BCM) to ensure operational readiness and seamless service continuity.
