Job Purpose:
- In the Cluster Delivery Organization, Business Specialists, Business Experts, Engineer Specialists, Engineers, Administrators and Product Owners work together in a team. Agile methods help employees perform their functions by enabling a fast and flexible response to changing conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and continuous development of new solutions.

- The Administrator has a basic technical orientation and acts in the role of the Cell Member.

- The Administrator is used where his knowledge and experience is needed. It is therefore flexible in terms of use in different cells and chapters, even across cluster boundaries.
Key Activities:
- Troubleshooting, problem investigation, monitoring and performance analysis and optimization
- Disaster recovery as well as security management planning
- Continuous optimization suggestions for Engineering of efficient, process-technical concepts
- Customer consulting and support with regard to the services responsible for
- Ensuring internal and external requirements, in particular with regard to regulatory, reporting, compliance and audit, within the scope of the issues under responsibility and using best practices
- Operation, maintenance and maintenance of the infrastructure as well as providing powerful support for relevant systems, data maintenance, reporting and authorization management
- Adherence to security standards and ensure stable operation with respect to products, services processes and systems
- On-call and out-of-hours support when necessary
- Effective teamwork and proactive communication with internal customers
Education:
University / University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience
Experience in IT operations; has own responsibility for systems and/or complex processes
Skills requirement:
Essential Skills
- Up to 3 years of professional experience
- Provide first level and second-level support for incidents, resolving issues and escalating critical problems to senior engineers.
- Essential knowledge in Solaris Virtualization concepts.
- Required knowledge to maintain and update detailed system configuration documentation for audit and operational purposes.
- Required basic scripting knowledge (e.g., shell programming) to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Operational support is needed for x86-based servers running the Solaris operating system.
- Perform health checks and proactively monitor Solaris systems to ensure performance, stability, and availability.
- Independently install, configure, and manage software packages in production environments, ensuring compliance with organizational processes
- Take full responsibility for Solaris Zones and Kernel Zones management, including creation, configuration, and troubleshooting for high availability.
- Ensure system stability through the monitoring and maintenance of middleware components and related system dependencies.
- Actively contribute to operational architecture and propose improvements in system design and infrastructure management.
- Required operational support for x86-based servers running Solaris OS.
