We are looking for a skilled SAP BW Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise data warehousing and reporting solutions within SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP BW/BW on HANA/BW/4HANA, with expertise in data modeling, ETL development, reporting, and system integration across SAP and non-SAP environments.

The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models including InfoObjects, ADSOs, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, and related objects.
• Develop efficient and scalable data warehouse architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Optimize data models for performance, reusability, and scalability.
  
  

• Develop and support data extraction from SAP (ECC/S/4HANA modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PM) and non-SAP systems.
• Build and maintain DataSources, Transformations, DTPs, and Process Chains.
• Work with SAP extractors including LO Cockpit and FI/CO extractors.
• Monitor data loads, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  
  

• Develop and support reporting solutions using BEx Query Designer, SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) where applicable.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPI-based analytics solutions.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and translate reporting requirements.
  
  

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP BW applications.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and data-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor and maintain process chains and scheduled data loads.
  
  

• Optimize BW queries, data models, and ETL processes for improved performance.
• Implement best practices for data storage, retrieval, and processing.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
  
  

• Ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules.
• Support data harmonization, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Work with modern data provisioning methods such as ODP and CDS Views (preferred).
  
  

• 3–7 years of experience in SAP BW / BW on HANA / BW/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Data modeling (ADSOs, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders)
  • ETL processes (DataSources, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains)
  • BEx Query Designer
    
    
• Experience in SAP data extraction and troubleshooting.
  
  

• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or related domains.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
  

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office).
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and Calculation Views.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or BW/4HANA environments.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in AMS or support projects is an advantage.
