Monday – Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000

Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist who loves helping children reach their full communication potential? We are looking for a committed, caring, and professional individual to be part of our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders through tests, observations, and discussions with parents and teachers
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions (speech, language delay, articulation, stuttering, voice, and social communication)
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Develop and update IEP (Individual Education Plan) & EIP (Early Intervention Program)
• Prepare professional reports (Emotional Behaviour Report, Monthly & Term Progress Reports)
• Plan daily and weekly therapy sessions, including short- and long-term goals
• Apply special education strategies in an inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SEN Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Interventionists)
• Stay updated with the latest practices in speech therapy through training and workshops
• Comply with company policies and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, patient, and proactive
