Job Purpose:

To lead coordination between Internal construction team or Subcontractor with KTMB to ensure effective operations of the construction activities at the site with the objective of achieving the program and meeting health, safety, environment and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Drafting, Design & Implementation of Building Utility Services.
• Ensuring all the drawings are designed in compliance with relevant international standard.
• Able to coordinate between Architecture / Structure / M&E services.
• Attending meetings, site supervision, and coordination.
• To provide M&E technical and engineering support to office and site construction team.
• Experience in high-rise, institution and housing types of projects.
• Take reasonable care for the Health, Safety, Environmental and Welfare as per the Occupational Safety & Health Act, company policy and OSH Management System.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in M&E engineering, C&S engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Construction Industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
