ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive patient acquisition and brand growth for IKONIK — a premium eye care provider in Malaysia. This is NOT a content-only role. You will own campaigns, manage ad spend, track performance, and be held accountable to real business outcomes: leads, appointments, and revenue. You are expected to use AI tools as part of your daily workflow. That is a baseline requirement, not a bonus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Plan and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google and website
  • Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads — independently
  • Generate qualified patient enquiries and drive appointment conversions
  • Track and report weekly/monthly on leads, cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and revenue
  • Build IKONIK's brand as a trusted eye care name in KL through content and community
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.) to work faster and smarter

YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly
  • Enquiry-to-appointment conversion rate
  • Cost per lead (CPL) from paid campaigns
  • Organic reach and engagement growth
  • Revenue attributed to marketing campaigns

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Able to show campaign results with real numbers — not just content screenshots
  • Runs Meta Ads and/or Google Ads independently
  • Uses AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Strong copywriting in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Can read analytics dashboards and turn data into decisions
  • Self-directed — able to plan, execute, and review without micromanagement

Added advantage:

  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy
  • TikTok for business experience
  • CRM or email automation
  • Google Analytics 4
