PRIMARY SCOPE (Training Provided):
- Deliver optimum service quality to patients via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
- Act as the frontline representative — responsible for patient registration, dispensing and administrative matters.
- Manage patient flow efficiently and assist patients throughout their journey at the centre.
- Attend enquiries across all active IKONIK platforms and convert them into confirmed appointments.
- Work based on KPI targets set by management. All performance will be measured and evaluated.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education : SPM and above.
- Minimum 2–3 years working experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Must be committed to a 6-day workweek (including full-day Saturday) during probation (Transition to a 5-day workweek upon confirmation)
