Position: HR Executive / Senior HR
Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: HIM Wellness, B-01-06, Plaza TTDI, Jalan Wan Kadir 3, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive / Senior HR to manage recruitment activities and support the company's overall human resource operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR policies and initiatives. You will also work closely with management to strengthen employer branding efforts and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.

This position is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building effective HR systems within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, universities, and academic institutions
  • Develop and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

2) Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including employee induction, documentation, and orientation programs
  • Ensure new employees experience a smooth and structured integration into the organization
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and coordination with relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate onboarding and offboarding records

3) HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage HR documentation related to attendance, leave administration, employee records, and personnel files
  • Ensure HR processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures

4) Reporting & HR Projects

  • Prepare recruitment reports and HR-related reports for management review
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Assist in HR projects, employee engagement activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide operational HR support and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
2) Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations
3) Strong understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
