Job Description
Customer Operations (70%)
1. Contract Renewal Management
- Track upcoming contract expiry dates and proactively reach out to customers 60–90 days before renewal.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including the preparation of quotations and contractual documents.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure all customer records, agreements, and related documentation are properly maintained and updated.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical Support, Finance, and Sales to ensure seamless renewal execution.
- Achieve a contract renewal rate of at least 80%.
2. Customer Engagement & Support
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate Sales or Technical teams when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service adoption based on customer requirements and usage patterns.
- Assess and qualify potential leads before forwarding them to the Sales team.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions and user training for the ENX Sustainability Suite platform.
- Support customer engagement activities led by the Marketing team, including customer success stories, testimonials, and events.
Administrative Responsibilities (30%)
3. Supplier & Procurement Coordination
- Maintain accurate vendor and supplier databases, including pricing and procurement information.
- Support purchasing activities in collaboration with the Sales and Field Engineering teams.
- Manage quotation requests, generate purchase orders, and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain records of material consumption.
- Coordinate SIM card activation, suspension, and termination requests for project implementations.
4. Office Administration
- Manage office supplies and oversee service agreements related to facilities and office maintenance.
- Assist in organizing company functions, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer success, or account management.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines effectively.
