Essential Skills & Requirements

• Ability to handle cash, digital payments, and POS systems accurately. 
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail for transactions and reporting. 
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation standards. 
• Good organizational skills to keep stock and displays well maintained. 
• Ability to monitor inventory and report low or fast-moving stock. 
• Willingness to learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Reliable, honest, and responsible when handling cash and stock. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school/SPM qualification (if specified by the employer). 
• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or cashier experience is an advantage. 
• Experience using POS systems is preferred but often not mandatory.

• Customer service: Greet and assist walk in customers with product info and recommendations.
• Sampling: Distribute samples hygienically - clean testers before and after shifts
• Sales transaction: Process purchases via Point of Sales (POS) or manually - ensure accurate records
• Cart maintenance: Keep cart clean, organized and well stocked at all time
• Cash handling: Reconcile cash and digital payments at day-end; report discrepancies.
• Reporting: Submit daily sales, cash and stock report - alert supervisor on low or fast moving stock
• Product knowledge: Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and promotion to better assist customers
