Responsibilities
RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:
Salary: $2,600 monthly
Location: Ubi
Duration: 1-year contract (extendable)
Working Hours: 5-day work week
Mon to Fri, 8.15am - 6.00pm OR
Mon to Fri, 10.45am - 8.30pm OR
4 weekdays a week 8.15am to 6.30pm + Sat 8.15am to 4.00pm ️ Rostered schedule, no choice of shift
Job Duties:
• Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
• Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system
Requirements
• Min O levels/Higher Nitec only
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is a must
• Wellspoken and techsavvy
