Job Responsibilities
Monitor tool performance and perform daily equipment health checks and respond promptly to tool alarms or abnormalities
Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs under supervision of Equipment Engineers
Assist in troubleshooting and recovery of equipment downtime to minimize production impact
Record maintenance activities and update equipment logs accurately in system
Follow cleanroom and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards
Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment hazards immediately
Escalate equipment issues or process deviations to engineers promptly
Job Requirements
Educational qualifications in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field is advantageous
Work experience in semiconductor wafer fab or related precision manufacturing industry
Hands-on experience with semiconductor tools
Willing to work in 12-hour rotating shifts (3-4-4-3 pattern)
Willing to take night shift if needed
Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a cleanroom suit and handle mechanical components
