Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent editing software
- Strong understanding of videography, framing, lighting, pacing, and storytelling
- Experience producing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital ads
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, commercials, events, and branded content
- Handle camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and production equipment
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for multiple platforms
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and design teams to bring campaign ideas to life
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and basic visual effects when needed
- Ensure all content aligns with brand direction and campaign objectives
- Manage video assets, file organization, and post-production workflow
- Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and social media formats
