Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in HING FATT BUILDING & MATERIALS PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage tender projects and on-going projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare quantities take-off, cost estimates, and quotation submissions.
• Monitor project budgets and costing to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Liaise with Site Supervisors and prepare monthly progress claims and variation order submissions.
• Coordinate with Main Contractors on progress payments, payment certificates, and variation order matters.
• Handle procurement of materials, hand tools, and other project necessities.
• Evaluate suppliers’ and subcontractors’ progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Oversee and finalize the settlement of project final accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical, cost management, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software will be an added advantage.
