Job Position: Accounting Executive

Job Summary:

 Lead the accounting function by preparing accurate financial reports, enhancing internal controls, managing month-end closes, and coordinating audits. Supervise and develop accounting and administrative staff to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

1.    Full Set of Accounts- Manage the month-end closing process, including general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, and inventory verification to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

2.    Inventory Control

3.    Handling office administration, documentation, filing, and managing daily operational tasks, such as calls and quotations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1.    Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2.    At least 3 years of working experience in accounting or related field.

3.    Accounting related certification is preferred.

4.    Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills

5.    Strong mathematical and analytical skills
