Full Time Business analyst and Scrum master Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in NEWTONE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are hiring a Business Analyst (80%) with Scrum Master responsibilities (20%) to support large-scale Singapore Government IT systems.

This is not a passive documentation role. We are looking for someone structured, decisive, and delivery-focused — able to operate confidently within strict governance, audit, and compliance environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis (Primary)

• Lead requirements gathering with business users, government officers, and vendors

• Produce BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, interface specs

• Ensure traceability, governance compliance, and change control discipline

• Bridge business, technical, and SI/vendor teams

• Support SIT/UAT, integration, and production rollout

Scrum Master (Secondary)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure backlog readiness

• Drive sprint predictability and delivery discipline

• Remove impediments and highlight risks early

Requirements

• 5–8 years IT delivery experience

• 3+ years as Business Analyst in large-scale systems

• Experience in Singapore Government / Public Sector IT

• Strong Agile + SDLC (Waterfall/Hybrid) knowledge

• Experience with multi-vendor environments

• Hands-on Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps
