We are hiring a Tax Specialist (Immigration Practice) in Kuala Lumpur.

This role supports corporate clients with end-to-end immigration case management, including visa and work permit applications, documentation preparation, and compliance with immigration laws and regulations. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, liaise with authorities and stakeholders, and ensure smooth and timely processing of immigration cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee immigration processes
• Prepare and review applications, forms, and supporting documents
• Advise clients on immigration requirements, timelines, and risks
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and internal standards
• Coordinate with clients, embassies, and government agencies
• Maintain accurate case records and provide regular updates
• Support junior team members and share knowledge
• Handle case issues with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Law, Finance, Economics, or related field)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Interest in immigration law and digital tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
