Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items in a safe and timely manner
• Perform pickups and deliveries for the company covering specific areas
• Ensure parcels/documents indicated priority are delivered without delays
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied
• Ensure proper recording of Proof-of-Delivery (POD) and Consignee Not Available (CNA) and tracking must be scanned and updated in the company’s mobile app
• To ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Establishing and maintaining the highest standard of customer service
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors or operation managers

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record
• Physically fit

Work Information

• Work Location: Penjuru Road / Changi South Lane
• Working Day: 5.5 Days/Week
