About the role

Kee Kee Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Cum HR Executive to join their team in Balakong, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and human resources functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly financial reports

2. Handling accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

3. Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with labour laws

4. Coordinating employee onboarding, training, and performance management

5. Administering employee benefits and leave arrangements

6. Supporting the HR team in employee engagement and talent management initiatives

What we're looking for

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar account-focused HR role

2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

3. Proficiency in using accounting software and HR information systems

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
