Job Description:
1) Scrub Technician
• Assist surgeons in the Operating Theatre with good product knowledge and
scrub in.
• Inspect, replace, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Assist and provide product application support for the surgeon in Operation
Theatre.
• Ensure surgical sets and relevant implants are checked accurately before and
after case according to the checklist.
• Follow relevant safety and sterilization guidelines.
• Participate in stocking and restocking supply.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationship with medical staff and
supporting administrative staff.
• Follow up with Third Party Logistic to ensure the surgical sets are collected after
the surgical case.
• Capable of handling other task or assignment when assigned by management.
• Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the
designated territory.
• Developing healthy and constructive relationships with key clinicians, surgeons,
nurses, staff and hospital administration.
• Cultivates new and expands sales prospects and customer opportunities
through private and government hospital.
• Provide professional technical consultative service to customers before, during
and after routine surgical cases.

comprised of orthopaedic surgeons, doctors and specialist.
• Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through
internal training, external seminars and other available means.
• Attend and support routine orthopaedic implants cases/surgeries.
• Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they
become available.
• Manage credit control well and ensure collection within the credit term period.
• Maintain training in sales skills, product features
• Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product
development) concerning products and product application.
• Successfully complete initial training/certification program for and demonstrate
proficiency in products routinely used in Orthopaedic, specifically trauma
implants.
• Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through
internal training, external seminars and other available means.
• Travelling from one hospital to another hospital to assist cases.
2) Inventory & Logistics
• Manage inventory and liaise with Product specialist for case preparation
• Oversee logistics operations, including shipment tracking, provide documents
needed from DHL/Freight Forwarders for customs clearance, permit applications,
and the receipt and delivery of goods.
• Update and manage case manager tracker and maintain set availability at all time
• Update the sales team on the delivery statuses of implant sets
• Perform weekly inventory forecast and ensure inventory are maintained at
optimal level
• Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to prevent stockouts and
overstock situations
• Implement and carry out periodic cycle count process to maintain inventory
accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Manage SQL Inventory and produce relevant report such as usage report and
aging report.
• In Charge of On call Roster and Planning.
3) Procurement & Sourcing
• Manage product orders and the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery
Orders (DOs).
• Develop and execute ordering plans.
• To receive orders and to do stock check for received items to ensure it tallies the
Purchase order.
• Work with manufacturer to ensure all orders are received in timely manner and follow
up on pending orders
• Ensure procurement records are compiled and saved properly

What You Need:
At least a Diploma holder with similar working experience.
Preferable at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Computer literacy (especially MS Excel, Word, Power Point Outlook).
SQL system knowledge will an advantage.
Good communication and written skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
