  • If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us...Functional (job responsibilities) Manage and identify Portfolio sales cross-sell opportunities in the bank.
  • Responsible by communicating campaigns, operational or regulatory updates to all sales channels during monthly engagements and coaching sessions.
  • Responsible for to ensure business targets are achieved.
  • Oversee the maintenance of information posted on HLB’s intranet e-knowledge portal to improve communication and flow of information to sales channels.
  • Ensure internal and regulatory compliance in sales management for all internal and external dealings
  • To ensure that Portfolio sales collaterals/documentations are updated and communicated and in compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.
  • On ad hoc basis to assist on any special tasks being assigned be in process/ system related or develop and execute Portfolio sales campaign, etc.
  • Conduct briefing and training for Ops channel aside to Sales.
  • Responsible to work with relevant internal stakeholders on sales strategies to meet business goals
  • Assist in the increase participation of sales done via InBranch Tablets to all enabled users.
  • Ability to improve productivity levels via initiatives done and build tracking mechanism.
  • Familiar with creating tactical challenges that would encourage a behavior change or ability to sell more > 1 product aside from core product.
  • Managerial *(team/group responsibilities) Hold monthly sales channels meeting (ie: Branch Manager/Sales Managers/Branch Ops meetings) to brief on current campaigns and motivate sales staff
  • Support product development and acquisition, promotion and marketing initiatives and activities to achieve business objectives and goals*
  • Organizational *(organizational responsibilities) To ensure business goals are met from the financial and shareholders perspective.
  • To ensure work is in accordance to HLB values where the person is consistently supporting innovation, creating a win-win situation and making decisions which are decisive among others.
  • Job Requirements Preferable 2-5 years’ experience in Banking / Financial Institution
  • Fresh graduates with high development potential to be considered; with banking & financial experience will be an added advantage.
  • Background in Sales Engagement will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge in Power Point/Excel would be an added advantage
  • Ability to create new process improvements is also an added advantage
