Responsibilities

Job summary:

  • Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200 per month

  • Looking for candidates who are available to work: Full-Time / Weekends / Public Holiday

  • Malaysian IC required for this role

  • Location: Kota Kinabalu

Job Scope
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of menu items according to recipe and quality standards.

  • Ensure all mise en place is prepared and maintained for smooth service operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper storage of kitchen equipment and workstations.

  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.

  • Support the kitchen team during service periods to ensure efficient operations.

  • Monitor product quality and consistency in every dish served.

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture.

  • Continuously learn and develop new culinary and operational skills.

Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen with valid IC.

  • Full-time position.

  • Able to reliably commute to Kota Kinabalu or relocate before commencement.
