Responsibilities


************* is looking for a Public Sector Growth Lead to help us build our government, education, NGO, corporate, and institutional supply channel.


This role is for someone who can help SaverBro move beyond retail and become a serious supplier for schools, government departments, universities, GLCs, NGOs, and corporate CSR programs.


We are not looking for someone who only waits for tenders.


We are looking for someone who can build the system, open doors, follow up, prepare documents, manage opportunities, and help position SaverBro as a trusted provider of affordable, reliable, warranty-backed refurbished laptops and digital access solutions.


## Key Responsibilities


As our Public Sector Growth Lead, you will be responsible for:


- Identifying government, school, NGO, corporate, GLC, and institutional supply opportunities.

- Monitoring tender, quotation, and procurement opportunities across relevant platforms.

- Preparing quotations, proposal documents, company profiles, product catalogues, and supporting documents.

- Managing vendor registration processes for government, corporate, education, and institutional clients.

- Building and maintaining relationships with procurement officers, school leaders, department admins, NGO program managers, and corporate CSR teams.

- Creating a pipeline of potential institutional clients and tracking follow-ups.

- Working closely with our operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure proposals are realistic and deliverable.

- Helping package SaverBro products into institutional solutions such as student laptop packages, teacher laptop packages, rural school digital kits, office productivity packages, and CSR technology programs.

- Coordinating with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, warranty terms, delivery timeline, and after-sales support.

- Reporting weekly on opportunities, quotations sent, meetings arranged, tender progress, and expected project value.


## What We Are Looking For


We are looking for someone who is:


- Organized, disciplined, and strong in follow-up.

- Comfortable dealing with government, school, NGO, and corporate stakeholders.

- Able to prepare professional documents, quotations, and proposals.

- Confident in communication, both written and spoken.

- Able to understand basic laptop specifications and product packages.

- Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.

- Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to approach new institutions.

- Able to work independently while coordinating closely with the SaverBro team.

- Interested in building something new from the ground up.


## Preferred Experience


Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:


- Tender documentation

- Government or corporate sales

- Procurement support

- Vendor registration

- Institutional sales

- Education sector sales

- IT product sales

- NGO or CSR project coordination

- Administrative or business development role

Hybrid / On-site depending on project needs


Compensation


Basic salary + performance incentives / project-based commission


Final package will depend on experience and capability.
