About the Role

We are seeking a Japanese/Korean-speaking Technical Support Representative to join a globally recognized cybersecurity and security software company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and customer support to Japanese or Korean customers regarding the company's products and services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide professional and timely support to customers regarding products and services.

  • Gather information to understand customer concerns and technical issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Technical Support
  • Respond to technical inquiries related to software products and services.

  • Utilize knowledge bases, manuals, and internal resources to identify solutions.

  • Provide remote troubleshooting support using remote access tools when required.

  • Verify customer subscriptions, service eligibility, and support coverage.

  • Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when necessary.

  • Monthly Salary: RM8,000 – RM9,500

Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Korean or Japanese proficiency (Business or Native level)

  • Business-level English communication skills.

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software applications.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service or customer support experience.

  • Call center or contact center experience.

  • IT support or help desk experience.

  • Technical support experience.

  • Strong interest in software, technology, cybersecurity, or IT-related products.
