Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key channel partners, driving sales growth and ensuring effective distribution of our products in the market.


Key Responsibilities

Channel & Trade Strategy

  • Develop and implement channel strategies and Trade Promotion / Marketing Plans to achieve sales, market share, and overall business objectives.


Distributor & Retailer Management

  • Manage distributor relationships and build partnerships with key retailers to strengthen category performance and win category captaincy.


Trade Marketing Execution & POS Management

  • Execute trade promotions and in-store campaigns.
  • Conduct regular visits to POS to ensure brand visibility, compliance with planograms, and gather market insights.
  • Review planograms quarterly based on shopper and market insights.


Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Analyze sales data, market share, and KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to support marketing strategy.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams for seamless execution of channel initiatives.


Events & Relationship Building

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, exploring partnerships and collaborations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Management, Sales, or Business Development in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to drive business decisions, proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, excellent communication, negotiation.
