Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare proposals
  • Generate and prepare reports
  • Support presales
  • Assist technical manager/lead
  • Support resolve trouble ticket
  • Equipment maintenance check
  • Maintain network and cloud infrastructure
  • Support NOC and resolves tickets
  • Resolve technical matters


Education & Experience

  • Tertiary education 
  • 3 years experience of Veeam, Vmware, firewall
  • Experienced in IT industry, computer systems and networks
  • Certification in Veeam or Vmware a plus


Skills & Competencies

  • Able to work alone
  • Firewall: Fortigate/pfsense
  • Enterprise Network Skill
  • Virtual network in Cloud Infra
  • Vmware
  • Veeam
  • Windows server
  • Linux OS
