• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a bank-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards and business growth targets.

• Cutting-Edge Implementation: Oversee the deployment of advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and Multi-Agent Systems to revolutionize customer service and internal knowledge bases.

• Product Innovation: Lead the development of next-gen chatbots and personalized financial advisors that feel human and act with precision.

• Governance & Ethics: Establish robust frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and "Human-in-the-Loop" validation processes.
