Job Description:

• Freight forwarding/3PL service providers management to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery services

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programsMonitor and improve warehouse efficiency in storage capacity, pick & pack, FIFO process, VAS solutions etc.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate the movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries

• Track and trace the cost performance of supply chain with respect to business performance in alignment with contractual term

• Create and manage logistics movement dashboard accurately to provide reports to stakeholders

• Negotiate freight rates with logistics service provider for overall service quality and effectiveness

• Ensure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle/fleet with accompanying the required documents

• Manage essential shipping documents and LC applications between shipper, consignee, forwarder etc.

• Provide solutions to local and regional logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and services within budgetary requirements

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree level in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field. Major in Logistics is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Inbound & outbound process flows, forecast & inventory management, distribution strategies etc. Retail products management is an added advantage 

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in warehousing & distribution, shipping experiences or equivalent in the similar position.

• Experience in Retail/Logistics industry is an added advantage
