Job Summary

As a Senior Executive, Supply Chain Management, you will support end-to-end contract and procurement administration, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across tendering, documentation, and project coordination activities.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts and related contractual documents in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organised contract records and documentation for audit and reference purposes

  • Support and coordinate end-to-end tender processes including preparation of tender documents, calling, evaluation, and recommendation for contract award

  • Review and verify contractors’ progress claims, variation orders, and supporting submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to recommendation

  • Monitor contract compliance, performance, and project timelines, and proactively identify and escalate risks, discrepancies, or delays to the immediate superior

  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contractual and procurement activities

  • Provide guidance and functional support to junior executives and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements in all contract and supply chain activities

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior and management from time to time

Job Requirement

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain within construction or property development

  • Basic knowledge of construction contracts (PAM / JKR / FIDIC) and tendering processes is an advantage

  • Strong documentation, analytical, and organisational skills with high attention to detail

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Responsible, organised, and able to work independently as well as a team player

  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of legal requirements and good environmental practices is an added advantage
