POSITION PURPOSE
The IELTS Exam Officer reports directly to Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the general operations and administration of the computer-delivered IELTS tests offered through IDP Test venues in Sarawak.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the registration of IELTS
Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiries
Carry out duties related to IELTS pre-test & post-test and conduct invigilation
Manage the arrangements for the issue of examination result
Be responsible for managing invigilation team, preparing seating plan, other related documents and dealing with any problems that may arise during & after the test
Ensure invigilator’s record & files are updated
Organise examination related materials before & after examinations, ensuring that they are securely stored as per guideline
Be responsible for inputting marks into system on time
Be responsible for processing purchases for the department
Maintain and build strong Referral & Institutional Partner support through ongoing engagement, and quality service to test takers and partners.
Work within guideline and policy and procedure requirements by IELTS
Also be required to carry out such reasonable additional duties
REQUIREMENTS
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Ability to provide a warm welcome to walk-ins, pleasant attitude, polite and cheerful.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain systematic order
• Reasonable proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to deliver work on time and excellent level of commitment
• Ability to form positive relationships
• Hold at least a diploma
