Full Time Senior Associate, Vehicle Financing Jobs, in OSK Group Sabah - Maukerja

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Acquire and onboard new business partners to grow portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Conduct market visits to gather insights and identify business opportunities.
• Manage partner portfolio, track applications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns at partner level.
• Prepare accurate reports and performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer financing.
• Willing to travel within the region.
