Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project team members.
• Monitor project progress and report site activities to management.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available as scheduled.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of site supervision experience (fresh candidates with relevant knowledge may apply).
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of site safety regulations and practices.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
