Full Time Environmental Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in MEB Construction Perak - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and project environmental requirements.
• Monitor and implement environmental management plans (EMP) and mitigation measures at site.
• Conduct regular environmental inspections, audits, and monitoring activities.
• Prepare and maintain environmental records, reports, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on environmental matters.
• Investigate environmental incidents, non-conformances, and complaints, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor waste management, erosion and sediment control, pollution prevention, and other environmental protection measures.
• Conduct environmental awareness training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Ensure project activities comply with DOE requirements and other applicable environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience in construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure, marine, jetty, port, or coastal construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Preferably certified as CePSWaM (Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management).
• Ability to prepare environmental reports and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel within project requirements.

Work Location

• Based full-time at project site in Lumut, Perak.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute to Lumut.
