Roles & Responsibilities
1. Front Office & Team Management
- Lead and manage the front office team, including the Assistant Manager, Dietitian, and Supervisor.
- Ensure smooth patient meal service, addressing any concerns or issues efficiently.
- Handle difficult situations during food dispensing, ensuring patient and staff satisfaction.
- Oversee daily cleanliness and tidiness of the service area before and after meal service.
2. Patient & Staff Meal Coordination
- Assist patients and caregivers in understanding and using the system to place daily meal orders.
- Ensure tablet kiosks are checked, up to date, and fully operational for meal selections.
- Make sure all staff meal orders are keyed into the POS system, and payments are collected accordingly.
- Ensure Patient Meal vouchers are collected and filed.
- Work closely with the dietitian to ensure dietary requirements are met for patients.
3. Collaboration with Kitchen & Operations
- Work with the Head Chef to address any food quality or operational issues.
- Assist in preparing the approved staff rota and communicate it to the operations team weekly.
- Ensure daily menus are updated on-screen according to the planned menu.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to identify and implement process improvements.
4. Service Efficiency & Process Implementation
- Oversee and improve front office operational processes, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all service protocols and food safety regulations are followed.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide weekly operational updates to management.
- Identify areas for improvement in meal service, workflow, and team performance.
- Conduct team briefings and training to enhance service quality and efficiency
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
