• Assist in coordinating and managing company projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within the assigned timeline.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and project documentation.
• Maintain and organize project records and documentation systematically.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by the supervisor.
