Sepenuh Masa Protege Trainee (JPNIN)-Resident Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd Putrajaya - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
• Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in clients’ computer systems.
• Understanding clients’s requirements and provide proposals accordingly.
• Maintain and manage ICT inventory and assets.
• Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc.
• Required to perform onsite service at clients’ locations as and when required;
• Obtain technical certifications that are assigned by Head of Department or Management.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate from Degree, unemployed or working part time basis
• Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
• Completed Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer - Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
• Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
• Proactive, team player and positive attitude
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jabatan Perpaduan Negara & Integrasi Nasional (JPNIN)
