Job Descriptions:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
- Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in clients’ computer systems.
- Understanding clients’s requirements and provide proposals accordingly.
- Maintain and manage ICT inventory and assets.
- Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc.
- Required to perform onsite service at clients’ locations as and when required;
- Obtain technical certifications that are assigned by Head of Department or Management.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from Degree, unemployed or working part time basis
- Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
- Completed Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer - Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
- Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
- Proactive, team player and positive attitude
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jabatan Perpaduan Negara & Integrasi Nasional (JPNIN)
